Jeju - Day 2

We had booked rooms at a pension that I try to frequent each time I visit Jeju. The owners are friendly and I think they remember me. Either that or they rock a really casual poker face. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette including sink, stove, cutlery and a fridge, as well as air conditioning, a television set and suddenly it reads like an ad, doesn't it?

For breakfast we drove to a local, independent coffee shop. It's not fantastic, but it's really cozy and really the only option you've got if you want coffee in that area. We made our pick from the richly ornamented menu slash used-to-be photo album and dwelled in our vacationy mood before we got in the KIA again and drove along the ocean.

We found a tiny beach with clear water under an endless sky. It wasn't much, but it was everything we had been craving for. In the afternoon we visited a plantation which was also a green tea amusement maze. An electronic ladybug mobile hummed us down to the site where we found an upside down house and a rabbit compound. It sounds weird, but that's where we had our tea.
