This book is part of a series of essay collections by Murakami Haruki. Some of the pieces inside are over twenty years old. Some of them I honestly find hardly entertaining, which makes me think about relation between the value of an author's name and the quality of his words. Well, regardless, Murakami is one of my favorite writers, and some of the pieces in this book prove why. Paragraph composition, detailed descriptions, etc. all in all a very mellow read. Light like a cookie to accompany a nice cup of coffee.
