Today was a day of recreation. I stayed home all day, listened to some music, read a little, did some maintanance of the mind if you like. After a while I got bored and started cleaning up some stuff, doing laundry etc. and in the afternoon Tobs rang me up and asked if I was down for pizza. Of course, I said, and spoke words of eternal truth. A nice pizza is worth a lot, especially if it's shared with your dearest friends.
That being said, I must admit that we both went for pasta in the end. Tobs ordered some maccheroni goodness and I picked gnocci in gorgonzola sauce. For dessert we went up to our friend's ice cream parlor and let the nice girl behind the counter help us to some amazing hazelnut and chocolate variations. Tobs told me that he was meeting Eri, Bass and Conny to watch some foosball match after this, so I went along to say hello.
I just went to say hello to the guys and ended up following pretty much the whole game. I mean, sure I have a little foosball player in me, but I was never much of a spectator. Basketball, that's is different, I like to watch a good ball game on tv, but football not so much. Today though, it was kinda fun. Sitting there, sipping coffee and thinking about my old ETSC times, back in the days, that was fun. Man, I was the worst player on that team.
