A Difficult Task

One of the many difficult tasks in life is to turn negative into positive. Why is it difficult? First of all, because it requires emotional strength, cognitive willpower and enough time to process shitty impulses that piss you off or make you sad. And since sorrow quickly turns into anger it's basically the same story.

Second of all, bad shit happens all the time. I'm not talking about accidents or political events that occur on the other side of the world - that's shit, too, but what I mean is questionable decisions and messed-up circumstances that affect your immidiate well of happiness.

Making wrong choices is probably on top of my list of things I'm fairly paranoid about. Why, because there are bad things that happen that aren't your fault, and bad things that happen just because you fucked up. No excuses whatsoever. The question is, what do you have to do to make things better than they are now.
