Zoo Animal

Have you ever sat in a coffee shop, doing whatever it is you do, facing a glass wall? If a place has a window, it's important what you can see through it. Among numerous other factors, the quantity of quality seats makes a good coffee place that much better. Other factors would be taste, lighting, sound and temperature, as well as secondary things like cushioning or cookie doe density.

So, imagine you’re sitting in a good seat, facing a clean window that divides you from the outside world, i.e. noise, smells and other forms of pollution. It’s a nice day and a good environment to start working on the computer that sits in front of you. You’re trying to focus on the words on your screen, but something is wrong. Something feels weird and a strange sensation alarms you.

You look around and notice an old woman sitting outside on the terrace. What's odd about her is that she isn't facing the view but the window, which is clear and therefore not shielding you from her gaze. She sat down without a drink, sat down to face the inside of the cafe. She's watching the glassed eco system that you're a part of like other people watch a television program.
