These last posts of each month are usually fun to write. They allow me to look back on what had happened, like a personal monthly recap session, and I enjoy looking back at the past thirty days. There's been a lot going on in October. Not only good things happened, but also things that pissed me off. For example, losing my phone and getting my wallet stolen.
Good things, bad things. Well, who can tell what's really good and what's bad anymore. In the end they're all experiences that hopefully amount to something bigger than a label. Of course, trying to get back all your contacts, making your peace with a lost item filled with importance, is not much of a pleasant surprise. And yet, it could always be worse.
It could also be a lot better, that's true. But then we start spinning in circles. When I look back on this month I see a lot of good people, a number of great skate sessions, and plenty of vuluable thoughts and initiatives. Change is in sight, whether that's helpful or not, I will have to do the best I can to make something out of it. Let's see what November brings.
