You know, sometimes things happen that seem wrong. Misunderstandings of a kind. Maybe feelings get hurt and perhaps some people might get pissed off. Reason plays a big role, but I believe that communication is not minor important. It's actually the only right solution, if you ask me. But then one party has to make the first move, and hopefully it's the one that had upset the other one to begin with.
I think that's one of the best things about growing up. Handling situations that got you pissed off. Dealing with shit and talking with people without losing one's patience. Not necessarily avoiding conflicts, because I believe that they're constructive if they're dealt with decently, but avoiding fights and disappointment. Doing things right in the first place is difficult, but making things right is a really tough job.
Other than that I think getting older pretty much sucks. No, just kidding. I think growing up is a great journey, the process of getting to know one's self by taking good care of it. Everybody's different, but everyone is on the same quest of life. It's not easy to find identity and develope confidence in it. I'm sure that for most people it's hard, but I also believe that the more you struggle, the closer you get.
