Today I saw an advertisement poster that, for some reason, pissed me off. I was on the westbound line at Sadang Station when I spotted it near the doors. The poster showed an ipad and two sets of hands from above, one holding it and one receiving it. The focus clearly lied on the picture that the handheld computer was showing.
It was a super cheap looking Elvis looking cartoon character on a virtual pixely floating island kind of green spot. The two-dimensional figure was wearing a white suit, he was down on one knee and held a shittily designed bunch of flowers in his hands. It was an ad for an app for your mobile internet device. An awful graphic of a horrible character.
The text said something like 'give away your love as a present'. It was possibly the most stupidest thing I've seen so far this year. Unless you gave her the ipad along with the shit graphic I don't see where there's a present to begin with. I mean, you're not gonna show her the Elvis and then put it back in your backpack. And also, what ever happened to giving real flowers?
