When I was little I grew
up eating a lot of stuff that wasn't exactly good for me. But! I
honestly try to eat more healthy now and over the years my eating
habits have changed to some degree. I don't know, maybe it's the
traveling through foreign countries and eating diverse cuisine, or
perhaps my brother was right and people's gustatory senses change
every seven years, but somehow there are things that I like now,
which I couldn't eat before. For example, I didn't like tomatoes for
the longest time, until one day I tried one again and it was alright.
I wouldn't say I'm crazy about them, but I like them in my salads
now. But generally there's still a lot of other food that I should
try to eat more. And here's my top five.
1. Fish
2. Mushrooms
3. Onion
4. Garlic
5. Cabbage
